Time that takes a minute
A weekly grid: projects down, days across. Each cell saves itself, so there is no button to forget. Submitted weeks lock; returned weeks say what to change.
An organization that stays true
Reporting lines are dated, not overwritten. Move somebody to a new manager and last quarter's report still knows who they reported to last quarter.
Capacity you can trust
Nobody is assumed to work forty hours Monday to Friday. Part-time schedules, public holidays and approved leave all reduce capacity, so a person on holiday never looks available.
Matching that explains itself
Rank people against a project's stated requirements and see why: which skills are met, which fall short, and how much of their time is uncommitted. A planning aid, never a judgement.
Money kept honest
Cost, revenue and margin held apart. Approving a week fixes its rates, so a correction next month cannot restate revenue already recognised. Two currencies are never added together.
Leave counted properly
A week off costs what the person actually works. Weekends, public holidays and non-working days are not deducted, and a holiday inside a week off is not deducted twice.
Built for data you would rather not lose
Crewmark holds employment records, hours and pay rates. That shapes how it is built rather than being handled at the end.
- Two-factor is compulsory. Not an option in settings. Nobody reaches any data without it.
- Permission is checked on the server. Every page and every action, every time. Hiding a button is not access control.
- Money is separate from access. A manager can run their team without seeing what any of them cost.
- The audit trail cannot be rewritten. The database itself refuses to change or delete an audit entry.
- Backups are verified, not assumed. Every backup is checked before it is kept, and restores are tested.
Free, and what that means
Crewmark is free to use while it is early. No card, no trial clock, no feature held back to sell you later.
It will not be free forever. When that changes you will be told well in advance, existing data stays yours, and you will be able to export everything you have put in — that is not a promise we can quietly walk back, because the export already exists and covers every record.
We do not sell data, we do not advertise, and we do not use what is in your account to train anything.
