Per person, per month. Nothing else.

No setup fee, no minimum number of seats, no annual contract you have to ask to leave, and no countdown. Free is a plan rather than a trial: up to five people, for as long as you like. Whatever happens to a plan, the work already recorded stays readable.

More than fifty people

Tell us roughly how big the team is and what you are trying to sort out. You will get a reply from a person, to the address you give, and an acknowledgement straight away so you know it arrived.

Enterprise has everything the Business plan has. What it adds is an invoice instead of a card, a named contact, and terms your legal team has read.

Questions people actually ask

What counts as a person?

Anybody with an account who can sign in. Somebody who has left and been disabled does not count, and neither does a person who exists only as an employee record.

Is there a trial?

Not automatically. Free is a real plan rather than a countdown, so a small team can stay on it indefinitely. If you want to try Business or Enterprise properly before deciding, ask and we will switch it on for a fortnight.

What happens if a payment fails?

Nothing, at first. The most common cause is an expired card rather than a decision, so there is a window to put it right before anything changes.

Can we get our data out?

Every report exports to CSV on the paid plans, and any person can download everything held about them at any time, on any plan, including Free.
